Booking your next class:

VIRTUAL CLASSES: If you’ve booked a virtual class, you’ll receive the Zoom link to join the class an hour before the start of class. You’ll also receive a recording of the class afterwards valid for 7 days so you can catch up!.

STUDIO CLASSES: We offer Pilates Mat classes at two venues - Bede Tower & Adventure Sunderland. If you’ve booked a studio class, please arrive 5 minutes before the class. 24 hour cancellation policy.

REFORMER & CHAIR CLASSES: Held at our 1-2-1 studio based within Biz Space (behind the Glass Centre)
