Book a Class

Booking your next class:

VIRTUAL CLASSES: If you’ve booked a virtual class, you’ll receive the Zoom link to join the class an hour before the start of class. You’ll also receive a recording of the class afterwards valid for 7 days so you can catch up!.

STUDIO CLASSES: We offer Pilates Mat classes at two venues - Bede Tower & Adventure Sunderland. If you’ve booked a studio class, please arrive 5 minutes before the class. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

REFORMER & CHAIR CLASSES: Held at our Reformer studio based within Biz Space (behind the Glass Centre) If you attend weekday classes please wait in reception when you arrive and for evening and weekend classes park at the back of the building (through the blue gates) and the back door will be open for access ten minutes before class. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
