Mindfulness is a form of mind-body meditation, which, if practiced correctly can have very positive effects on your life.

It can help you change the way you think and feel.

With practice you will find yourself more able to recognise your thoughts as ‘just thoughts’.
Mindfulness can be a great help for reducing stress and anxiety.

Taught in a small group, within a friendly and relaxed environment. The aim of this course is to introduce you to a range of easy to learn meditation techniques, which can be used to help you incorporate Mindfulness into your everyday lives.

By the end of the course you will have a tool kit of techniques, with which to combat the stresses and strains of daily life.

Mindfulness is held at Sunderland Pilates Studio on Monday evenings and runs over a 6 week course.
