Sunderland Pilates Studio is a boutique studio so instead of just being another membership number in a big health club we offer small classes to ensure maximum attention is given to each participant .
If you are new to pilates or have an injury, book a private induction session first.
If you have done pilates before then please book straight into a class.
We also offer private Pilates Reformer sessions, Iyengar Yoga, Booty Barre, Mindfulness and Meditation classes.
